Option 1



Add your property and pay less sales commission

You upload the details, description and photos of your property and we deal with prospective buyers. Our standard commission for a successful sale is 3% of the sale price (minimum of € 3.000) choose this option and pay just 2.5% of the sale price (minimum of €2.500).




Option 2



Add your property and pay no commission.

You upload the details, description and photos of your property and receive enquiries direct from prospective buyers.  This option costs just €99 and the property remains on our website until sold or until you withdraw it.
