The mountain above the village of Tous hosts a beautiful, large man-made lake which provides water for the Valencia area. It is stocked with bass and pike and is a popular venue for sailing and fishing. The village of Tous is a very friendly place with many bars and a market. Nearest towns are Alberic, (5mins), L'alcudia (10 mins), Alzira and Xativa both 20 minutes away. The airport at Valencia is 40 minutes up the motorway. Alacante airport is 1 hour to the south. Benidorm is about 1 hour down the coast. | |
