The Golf links provide Condado de Alhama with a huge green lung, an incomparable landscape that covers flat land and elevations, lakes and palm groves, creating a mosaic of textures and colours, where houses interlace like fingers between the kilometres and kilometres of vegetation.
2,500,000 sqm of green in conjunction with 800,000 sqm (an area equivalent to 400 football pitches) of park land distributed throughout Condado make up this hubbub of nature, where thousands of tones are raised, hundreds of notes are playing the same melody: that of water on its endless journey.
JACK NICKLAUS, THE LEGEND GOES ON
Without a doubt, golf is the essence of this project, with completely unique and individual rounds where residents will enjoy like the first day. Jack Nicklaus, the most honoured golf player of all times, has designed in the Condado de Alhama three magnificent courses: two Bear’s Best, the first two in Europe and a Signature Course.
The Bear’s Best hoards the best 18 holes of the world in 160 hectares of green. One of them gathers the best Nicklaus golf holes in the dessert, while the other one is a collection of parklands, design masterpieces that Nicklaus wishes to recreate for us.
However, the Signature Course is without a doubt, the most ambitious round of the whole Condado with 96 hectares. Located in the same surroundings, with rough elevation changes, maintaining the natural characteristics of the land with singularity and exclusivity.
