Condado de Alhama is located in the Region of Murcia, in a virgin and privileged place, in the GuadalentínValley, between the Regional natural reserves of Sierra Espuña and Carrascoy-El Valle, in the South of Alhama de Murcia. A strategic point in the South-east of Spain, between Andalusia and Comunidad Valenciana, with an advanced network of various infrastructures: Mediterranean motorway A-7 in the North, connecting South and East of Spain; the toll road AP-7 in the South, and the future motorways, that will take you to the best beaches of Costa Cálida in 10 minutes: Águilar, Mazarrón, La Manga, and Mar Menor.
The Airport of San Javier, in Mar Menor, and the new regional one coming up, are 60 and 30 Km away, respectively, from the Condado.
