This property is located in or close to the pretty little town of Barxeta. There are many amenities to hand including doctors surgery, banks, bars, restaurants and a variety of small shops. The train station of Lenova is just a 5 minute drive with trains every 20 minutes to Valencia.
The market town of Xativa is just a 15 min drive from the property, through the most wonderful scenery of pine covered mountains and orange groves.
