La Playa de Gandia is extremely popular with tourists, both local and European, and from June to September, if you wanted to, you could easily let it out on a weekly/fortnight rental basis. This way the apartment would without a doubt pay for itself all year around. The monthly maintenance costs are also minimal at under 30 euros a month.
The apartment block has only twelve apartments, not only much easier to administer than larger blocks, but there is also less noise and movement. The apartments also have their own off road all year around secure parking with two separate private entrances.
The block is entered from the street by a security gate entering into a paved area up to the main entrance door. The reception area is bright and spacious. The internal stairwell is in good decoration and order. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The steps however are not steep and before you know it you are at the apartment front door. The main door opens into a good size lounge which can be opened up and extended onto the good size external balcony, making full use of the entire space. From this balcony and to the right-hand side one can see the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.
The master bedroom with built in wardrobes and plenty of natural light is entered directly from the lounge. There is a small hallway where you can enter the modern fully tiled bathroom with walk in shower, or turn right into a double bedroom, currently set up with two single beds, and a foldup bunk bed and fitted wardrobes.
The fully tiled and fitted kitchen has ample solid grey granite worktops, electric hob, wall mounted oven, and also houses a wall mounted gas instant hot water boiler. There is plenty of cupboard space, and a small breakfast bar.
Gandia playa’s fine golden sand is perfect for both sun bathing and all other beach activities. The qualities of this extremely clean beach and water have been rewarded with the international Blue Flag. You can find areas for all kinds of activities, such as volleyball, kiting and aerobics during summer. This is also the perfect beach for water sports. Children can find play areas, early evening cinema as well as lots of other activities. In the evening there are some lovely Chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can relax and enjoy lovely cocktails close to the gently breaking waves. The beaches are also wheelchair friendly. There are an abundance of great restaurants and bars to sample, and lots of night life for the younger generation.
