First floor apartment in the village of Villalonga. This village has all you need as far as amenities with three schools, three banks, medical centre, supermarket, library, two great restaurants, lots of local tapas bars, and a twice weekly market.
A phone operated security door enters into the very tidy lobby with access to internal post boxes. The marble stairway leads up to the first floor with the apartment access to the right. The first room to the left has access to the front balcony and was last used as a small lounge, but could easily be used as a bedroom. Right inside the front door takes you towards both the undercover washing and drying area and left through to the dining room with a separating wall into the second larger bedroom which also gives access onto the front balcony. Many of the current owners have taken down this non-load bearing separating wall and made the two rooms into a good-sized lounge dining room.
From the main hall and towards the back of the property you have the kitchen with access out into a large utility area. Following along down the hall next is the bathroom, and further on another two bedrooms, including the large double master bedroom with built in wardrobes.
This apartment has been empty for the past two years. And although in very good order throughout would benefit from some modernisation. Apartments in the same block have recently been sold for more than 65 thousand euros. A great investment if you are a bit of a DIY enthusiast.
Villalonga has a large Mercadona supermarket, good bakers, butchers, ferreteras, a selection of other shop as well as many good bars and restaurant. There is a Service Station in Villalonga.
