Here we have a good size village house with great views, just ready for a complete facelift. There is certainly work to be carried out here, but if you can do most of the work yourselves, you can save a lot of money.
Just to give you an idea, a finished two-story house in this area would probably cost you in the region of 95,000 to 105,000euros. The house is situated in a quiet and historic part of Villalonga, a popular village with nearly 5000 inhabitants, it has all of the facilities one could ask for, including large supermarket, twice weekly open market, two dentists, new medical centre, two butchers, four bakers, two public swimming pools, hotel, restaurant and some great tapas bars. The streets in this part of the village are block paved and have lots of interesting little parts to visit. If you love walking or maybe cycling in the countryside, the house is literally less than a three-minute walk away, and you are straight into the base of La Safor mountains.
The are no end of outside activities in which to participate, including cycling both road and off road, fishing, running , climbing, canoeing, or just peacefully walking taking in all the local areas of natural beauty.
The local town of Gandia is steeped in history with some wonderful places to visit, eat and shop. The Playa de Gandia is only 20 minutes away and has miles and miles of golden sandy award-winning beaches, and some superb restaurants and shops.
