Fantastic and very private country house situated in an idyllic location with spectacular views where it would be nearly impossible to build a house today. Benicolet is a small typically valencian village and as such has mor bars than you would expect (3 to be exact), a grocery store, chemist, tobacconist, butchers, bank, bakers and of course the Town Hall. There is even a small airfield, used for microlight and small aircraft, not noisy by any means but ideal if you want to take up flying as a hobby.

Gandia, with its endless sandy blue flag beaches, is just twenty minutes away. The beaches boast clean white clean sand are superb, additionally, because of their sheer extension they are never overcrowded. For those that are interested in boating, there are good marinas at Gandia, Oliva and of course Denia a little further afield.

Gandia is a mixture of the old and new, you will find everything you would expect in a modern town, from a modern hospital, to bars, night clubs and excellent shopping.
