The nearby village of Benicolet with its population of just under 600 has its own town hall, several cafe bars, a bakers and a butchers. The wonderful town of Gandia is approximately 20 minutes away, and with a population of 74000 people, it has everything that one could ever need, including a fantastic brand-new hospital. The airports of both Alicante and Valencia are approximately an hour drive in each direction making it an ideally located property for road access.
