From the rear metal door there is access up some steps to the private rear garden, just waiting to be sculptured to your taste. There are also two other small outbuildings, probably used for animals years ago. Towards the end of the garden there is a good size brick and concrete building ready to be converted into guest accommodation. Looking towards the rear of the property there is another room attached to the rear of the house, again great for a workshop or studio.

From here there are also some nice views back towards the backdrop of La Safor pine covered mountain range. All in all, it would not take an awful lot of either time or money to make this into a charming little home. As previously mentioned, village houses with gardens are very few and far between, and this particular house has a very private one, ready to be turned into something really beautiful.
