There are two ways to enter the property: a side gate, and a large automated gate leading to the driveway, parking area and enclosed garage with a rear storage room. The exterior of the property is very attractive, with a good selection of fruit trees in the orchard to the rear, as well as a raised terrace and several seating areas around the house, including a beautiful covered outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.
