If you are looking for a very tidy fully furnished apartment right at the base of Oliva’s old town, this may well be the one for you. No walking up and down hills, and less than 5 mins walk to the main Paseo with its large choice of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. This small block of apartments with lift was built in 1983 and has been designed to fit in with the existing characteristic architecture of the old town. The other advantage with apartment is that it has two external terraces. The large one leading out from the first double bedroom, and the second smaller area accessed from the utility room, to the side of the kitchen, and mainly used for drying clothes and bedding.
The main entrance is from the side of the building, and up several internal stairs then you arrive at the main well-lit corridor with stair and lift access to all floors. This particular apartment is nicely positioned on the lower level.
The apartment entrance is via an oak security door which leads into the main modern entrance hall. All of the internal doors and frames have been replaced in a nice light white ash coloured wood. The first double bedroom to the right is a good size, and allows access onto the outside private terrace, which is literally crying out to be brought back to life with a little creativity. Next down the hallway is the refitted and fully tiled shower room, with large built-in vanity unit and sink. At this point the corridor changes direction to the left with two more good size double rooms with loads of natural light to the right and another fully tiled bathroom and main fitted kitchen to the left. The kitchen also allows access to the utility room, and a smaller external terrace beyond. Just across the hallway is large, modern and bright lounge dining with views out to the stone cobbled streets.
The historic town of Oliva in La Safor is located in a strategic enclave in the southeast of the Costa de Valencia, in an incomparable setting between mountains, natural landscapes and on the shores of beautiful Mediterranean Sea. An absolutely wonderful place to retire, live or just visit.
