This is a wonderful, bright and well-located apartment that is in great condition, it is an ideal place for those that want something they can enjoy or year around, or for holidays, as it can be locked up and left without having to worry too much. It is situated on the 2nd floor of a property located just around the corner from the main square in Barx and can be moved into straight away. The running costs are very low and, of course, when not in use it could be rented out to tourists.

The village of Barx has 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants, a butchers and bakers, there is also a pharmacy, doctor’s surgery and a bank. The market town of Gandia with its clean safe and sandy Blue Flagged beaches are just a 10-15 minute drive from the apartment. Gandia has all of the amenities you could possibly need – restaurants and bars, many shops, boutiques, banks and supermarkets. There are 2 large shopping centers, and quite some history not lease the palace which was home to the Borja Family. Gandia has good access to Valencia City and the international airport both by car and by train.
