A fantastic place for some al Fresco dining and entertaining, or just taking in some of the beautiful daily sun. Overall, this house is in great general condition, and perfectly habitable.
Miramar is also very close to the popular nearby coastal town of Gandia, steeped in history and with kilometers of award winning golden sandy beaches. Gandia has all the major facilities one could need, with frequent trains running to the beautiful capital of Valencia, and good motorway connections to both Alicante and Valencia airports.
